Keep in mind here: I sell merchandise from Printful and handmade items through my online store.

When you make a purchase in my Merch Shops, shipping cost is already calculated at checkout and included before you move onto finishing with your payment. You will also receive an email once the item has been shipped out to you.

When you make a purchase through my Handmade Shop, shipping cost is already calculated at checkout and included, before you move onto finishing with your payment. You will also receive an email once the item has been shipped out to you.

When you purchase a crochet pattern from my Pattern Shop, understand that it is a digital download, not a physical item. There will be no shipping included at checkout. You will receive 2 emails once the transaction has been completed, first one is confirmation and the second is for instructions on how to download your new Crochet Pattern from Colty Stitched.

When it comes to Custom Orders, that is all going to be discussed and outlined through EMAIL ONLY. It will all be communicated through email.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Before, you finalize the purchase, make sure that is exactly what you are looking for, need or want. Once it is final …. it is FINAL!!

When you purchase a digital download (Crochet Pattern), I won’t accept no refunds on these types of purchases. SALES are FINAL!!

I will only accept returns on items when they are faulty or damaged upon arrival to you. Please send me email @ hello@mmcrochet.com, subject should include order #, in the body describe what has happened. You will be responsible for the shipping cost coming back to me and making sure the product comes back in the same packaging upon arrival to you.
